These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of memetics.pro, our AI intake assistant Mira, and any services offered by Memetics ("Memetics," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, contacting us, or engaging Memetics for services, you agree to these Terms.

01Who We Are
Memetics is an AI-powered client acquisition system for service businesses, with a primary focus on personal injury law firms. We are based in Orlando / Kissimmee, Florida. Memetics is operated by Markenzy.
02The Service
Memetics builds and licenses the Memetic OS — a GoHighLevel-based intake and follow-up system, including our AI intake assistant Mira. The service automates inbound lead capture, qualification, conflict checking, and consult booking across phone, web chat, SMS, and Meta DM. Specific deliverables and fees are described in the order form, statement of work, or service agreement signed between you and Memetics.
Memetics is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We provide intake and operational software for law firms.
03SMS Terms
Express written consent. By providing your mobile phone number through our forms, calendar booking widget, or AI intake assistant Mira, you give Memetics express written consent to send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, follow-up, and service.
Message frequency. Up to four (4) messages per inquiry. Frequency may vary based on your conversation with Mira and any scheduled appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.
HELP / STOP. Reply HELP for support contact. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
No marketing-share clause. Memetics will not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Full SMS handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Mira is configured as inbound-only. Mira does not initiate outbound SMS, voice calls, or DMs.
04Use of Our Website
You agree to use memetics.pro only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our content for resale or redistribution
- Use the site or Mira to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
05Intellectual Property
All content on memetics.pro — text, design, graphics, logos, software, video, branding — is owned by Memetics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for legitimate evaluation and engagement purposes only.
The "Memetic OS," "Mira," and the Memetics name and logo are trademarks of Memetics. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Memetics without obligation to you.
06Service Engagements
If you engage Memetics for a paid tier (Self-Install, Done-With-You, Done-For-You, Managed Retainer, or Territory Lock), the specific scope, fees, payment schedule, performance guarantees, and termination terms are governed by the order form or service agreement signed between us. The terms of that agreement control over any conflict with these Terms.
07Disclaimers
The website and any free resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Memetics does not guarantee specific business outcomes from use of the website or any free content. Any performance commitments (such as the appointment guarantee or Dominance Protocol territory lock) are described and bounded in a separate signed service agreement.
We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Information on memetics.pro is for general informational purposes only.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memetics, its affiliates, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any free service. Total liability for any claim related to your use of the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Memetics from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections 5 (IP), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
